As we lockdown in our homes, and all non-essential businesses are ordered to shut down, people are trying to find creative ways to maintain their normal routine. For many, this includes their regularly scheduled workouts. Luckily for us, gyms and fitness personalities everywhere have stepped up to stay connected with their communities through social media. Toronto-based and women-only fitness studio Elle Fitness and Social is offering a variety of their workouts for free on their Instagram LIVE. Workouts include everything from Pop Zumba to Boot Camp, which is a combination of high intensity cardio, plyometrics and weight/resistance training. And don't worry, you don't need to own equipment. Modifications are offered by the instructors so you can make do with what you have and still get a great sweaty workout in. Classes run between 40-50 minutes each and their schedule is updated daily on their channel,

FIT FACTORY FITNESS

Known for their dynamic full body workouts,  popular Toronto gym Fit Factory Fitness  has been offering free LIVE workouts on their Instagram everyday at 12:00 PM EST. They also recently added a daily paid ZOOM online program which includes additional access to trainers, saved workouts, Q&A sessions, and more. Classes run about a half an hour and no equipment is needed. Be prepared to sweat and get a great workout in!

If you're looking for a one-stop shop, Tone It Up is the perfect place to find easy to follow at-home workouts you can do from the comfort of your living room. Barry's Bootcamp, known for its high intensity workouts and cardio interval training, is offering free LIVE at home workouts on their Instagram daily. While these workouts are best for those who have access to equipment like weights and bands, each exercise can be modified by using household items like chairs and towels. If you're looking for a fun challenge, every Sunday, they teach three back-to-back 30 minute workouts and encourage people at home to try and do them all!
